How can I reduce my abandoned cart orders with Cashfree Payments?

1Answer

Payment Links by Cashfree Payments will help you convert all of these drop-outs into revenue! With Payment Links, you can generate instant links with the items on their shopping carts and send them a personalized communication via email or SMS.

For Shopify merchants

If you are a business using Shopify, here are the steps to send out Payment Links to your abandoned cart customers:

  1. Export Abandoned Checkouts or Orders which are “Unpaid” or “Payment Pending” from the Shopify dashboard
  2. Format and upload this list (linkid, amount, customer details) using the Batch feature in Payment Links on Cashfree merchant dashboard
  3. These links will be sent to the customer via sms and/or email for payments. You can also reach out to these customers and nudge them to complete payments on the links
  4. Check the Payment Link Transactions report for successful payments
  5. In the Shopify dashboard, mark the Orders as Paid, or if it was an Abandoned Checkout, create a Draft Order and mark it as Paid
